Terms
Turn connects diners with restaurants offering reservations through bidding.
Your account
Use your own verified phone number and provide an accurate first and last name. Keep access to your account secure and provide accurate restaurant information when registering a business.
Bidding and payment
Each listing shows its reservation time, party size, bidding deadline, and current bid. A verified payment card is required to bid. If you win, your card is charged the winning bid for the reservation. If your saved cards cannot be charged, your reservation may pass to the next eligible bidder. We try the next bidder every minute after a confirmed payment failure, stopping when someone pays or the reservation time arrives. A backup winner pays their own highest bid. Uncertain payments are resolved before moving on. Food and drinks are paid for separately at the restaurant.
Restaurant participation
Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy and availability of their listed tables. A restaurant may cancel a listing before bidding closes. After bidding closes, issues must be raised for review through Turn.
Fees and issues
Turn retains $1 from each successful reservation payment. Payment processing costs are deducted from the restaurant’s proceeds. If there is a problem with a reservation or payment, contact Turn. Opening or closing a dispute does not automatically issue a refund.
Responsible use
Do not place fraudulent bids, impersonate another person or business, or interfere with the service. Turn may restrict account access when reviewing misuse or reservation issues.
